Building
Employees for the Future...
Individuals
can apply for a "trainee" position with Builders,
Inc. indicating their desired area of expertise. After
a careful review of the application, a decision will be made
based on the abilities of the applicant and their suitability
to the desired position and training. Following the orientation
program, each trainee will be assigned a mentor. The mentor will
work with the trainee one-on-one to instruct them in the ins
and outs of apartment community maintenance and/or management. Because
different mentors have different areas of expertise, it is possible
that one trainee could have multiple mentors. This system is
meant to enhance the trainee's knowledge and education in all
areas. We want each trainee to work hard as they progress
to a full-time position within our company. As a full-time employee,
you are Builders, Inc.! We trust the educational
foundation you build will make you an asset to our company.
