Position: Chief Operating Officer
Builders Incorporated is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chief Operating Officer. The COO will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities, including revenue growth, expense, cost and margin control, and monthly quarterly and annual financial management. The COO will partner with her/his peers in order to achieve company objectives. A successful candidate will have:
1) At least 10 years of professional property management experience.
2) Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
3) Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
4) The COO must be able to travel, and perform routine onsite visits of all properties.
5) The highest level of integrity and honesty.
6) Initiative and drive. |
